How to get faster help

How do I cancel Ascendy Pro?

If you subscribed through Apple, manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Removing the app or deleting an Ascendy account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

How do I request account deletion or privacy help?

Send your request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account whenever possible. Ascendy may ask you to verify your identity before processing deletion or privacy-related requests.
